Cancellation & Refund policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Dream Grow Digital’s professional services (including marketplace onboarding, account management, catalogue work, advertising management, and consulting). Specific commercial terms in a signed quotation or agreement prevail if they differ from this page.

Our offerings are custom professional services, not off-the-shelf retail products. Work often begins immediately after kickoff (documentation review, portal setup, catalogue planning, campaign setup, etc.). Because of this, refunds are limited and tied to unused service periods or undelivered scoped work.

• Before kickoff: If you cancel in writing before work starts and before access/credentials are used, prepaid fees may be refunded minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
• After kickoff: Fees for work already performed, onboarding already submitted, catalogue already created, or campaigns already launched are non-refundable. Remaining prepaid unused months (for retainer plans) may be reviewed case by case.
• Notice: Ongoing retainers generally require written notice as stated in your agreement (commonly 15–30 days).

We may pause or end an engagement if required information or access is not provided, invoices remain unpaid, marketplace policies are violated by the client, or continuation would be unlawful or commercially impractical. In such cases, fees for completed work remain payable; unused prepaid amounts may be adjusted at our discretion.

Refunds, when approved, apply only to clearly unused prepaid service fees and are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take 7–14 business days after approval, depending on banks and payment providers. Third-party marketplace fees, ad spend, app subscriptions, or government fees paid on the client’s behalf are non-refundable through Dream Grow Digital.
